Experience
- Partner at Baker Tilly México since July 2022, where he leads the Valuation practice for corporate, regulatory, and transactional purposes.
- Extensive experience valuing going concerns, intangible assets, real estate assets, machinery and equipment, and derivative financial instruments, supporting strategic decision-making, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Led valuation projects used for tax, regulatory, and legal dispute matters, prepared for review by tax authorities (particularly Mexico’s SAT) and by law firms in complex litigation.
- Valuations for IFRS compliance (long-lived assets, intangibles, and other strategic assets) and valuations of machinery and equipment for customs compliance and regulatory reviews.
- Advises companies across sectors on independent value determinations and the structuring of financial analyses and valuation models.
