In this regard, as part of such amendments, it was established that individuals and legal entities registered in the Public Registry of Contractors of Specialized Services or Specialized Works («REPSE»), must renew every 3 years the Notice of Registration granted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare («STPS»), being the first renewal during 2024, according to the schedule established in the calendar of Article Sixteen of the Agreement.

Date of grant (2021) Renewal period (2024)
June 2 March to May
July April to June
August May to July
September June to August
October July to September
November August to October
December September to November

It is important to point out that, as of the date on which the application or renewal is made, service providers must be up to date with their tax and social security obligations before the Tax Administration Service, the Mexican Social Security Institute, and the National Fund for Workers’ Housing.

It should be noted that, if the Notice of Registration of the individuals or legal entities registered in the REPSE is not renewed on the specified dates above, it will be automatically deactivated in the renewal module of the platform, and will be revoked in the event of non-compliance.
