Eliud Santiago to Speak at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Mexico's 2027 Tax Reform Forum
On behalf of Baker Tilly Mexico, Eliud Alfonso Santiago will take part as a panelist in the 2027 Tax Reform forum organized by the Tax Committee of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (CAMESCOM) on October 21 at the Chamber's offices.
The session will be moderated by the chair of the Tax Committee, Pablo Fernández de Cevallos y Torres and will bring together specialists from Cuatrecasas, Andersen, Pérez-Llorca México and Baker Tilly Mexico to analyze the main tax proposals under discussion for next year.
Topics on the table
The forum will review the new general limits on deductions and on tax losses as well as the special rules proposed for the deduction of net interest and for payments abroad and advance payments, among other changes relevant to companies.
The goal is for Chamber members to understand the possible tax implications of the reform in advance and prepare before it takes effect.
