He has worked with companies across sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, and non-profit organizations, leading strategic projects in asset acquisition and protection, transfer pricing, and anti-money laundering compliance. He has also participated in complex tax audits and defense proceedings before authorities such as the SAT and PRODECON.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in both national and international firms, driving comprehensive tax compliance and planning strategies, as well as risk analysis and technical documentation. In the public sector, he was responsible for Mexico’s international tax oversight, representing the country before the OECD on issues related to the digital economy, aggressive tax practices, and BEPS actions.
