Eliud has over 25 years of experience in tax advisory, specializing in international taxation, double taxation treaties, BEPS, and corporate restructurings. He has worked with companies across sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, and non-profit organizations, leading strategic projects in asset acquisition and protection, transfer pricing, and anti-money laundering compliance. He has also participated in complex tax audits and defense proceedings before authorities such as the SAT and PRODECON.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in both national and international firms, driving comprehensive tax compliance and planning strategies, as well as risk analysis and technical documentation. In the public sector, he was responsible for Mexico’s international tax oversight, representing the country before the OECD on issues related to the digital economy, aggressive tax practices, and BEPS actions.

His experience is complemented by a strong academic and technical profile. He is a frequent speaker and an active member of various tax committees. His background and integrated perspective allow him to deliver strategic advice grounded in deep regulatory and business insight.
