His main areas of specialization are:

•  Consulting and litigation related to Federal and Local taxes
•  Alternative dispute resolution methods in tax matters
•  Handling of verification procedures by tax and administrative authorities
•  Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
•  Advisory on corporate restructuring and M&A
•  LegalTech

He is a member of the Legal Steering Committee of Baker Tilly International’s Legal Practice.

• He is a member of the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE), where he has served as Deputy Coordinator of the Tax Law Committee, and is co-author of the book Obligaciones y Consejos Prácticos para la Empresa, published by ANADE, contributing to the chapter focused on Tax Materiality.
• He has also participated as a lecturer in various postgraduate courses, notably in the Master’s in Administrative Justice program of the Administrative Justice Tribunal of Mexico City.
