- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting, Universidad de Guadalajara.
- Tax specialization.
- Diploma in Finance.
- Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Certified Public Accountant (IMCP) since 2021.
Experience
- Over 20 years in audit and, for more than 15 years, dedicated to tax advisory, focused on providing certainty through risk control while combining technical rigor with hands-on support.
- Served companies across industries (commerce, tourism services, healthcare, and manufacturing), with particular focus on the tequila industry and, more recently, renewable energy.
- Advises Mexican companies and national business groups, as well as companies with international operations.
- Experience preparing valuation-related reports for share disposals, budgets, and projections, contributing findings and areas of attention from a tax and financial perspective.
- Member of the Tax Commission and the Information Technology Commission of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Guadalajara, Jalisco.
