Professional Experience
Raymundo’s experience is particularly focused on the audit of financial statements for private entities in Mexico under different accounting frameworks (Mexican FRS, US GAAP, and IFRS). He has audited subsidiaries of public companies in Mexico and abroad, subject to regulations such as the Securities Market Law and Sarbanes–Oxley. He also has experience auditing government entities under financial standards issued by CONAC, as well as multi-location audits.
He has coordinated group auditor teams and acted as a component auditor, participating directly in the review of working papers prepared by component auditors in the United States.
He has undergone international quality reviews, consistently obtaining satisfactory results, and has also served as an internal quality control reviewer at the firms where he has worked.
