Over 25 years of experience in financial advisory and audit services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, accounting advisory, and process improvements under NIF, IFRS, and US GAAP.
He has led engagements in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Latin America. He served as Lead Partner of Financial Advisory Services at a major business firm, where he managed a team of 30 specialists. Previously, he was Lead Partner of Transaction Services for Mexico and Central America at an international firm.
His external audit experience includes clients such as Grupo MVS, American Tower, and Nortel Networks, as well as participation in Deloitte Canada's Global Development Program, working with public companies in Canada and the United States.
He has led due diligence processes for acquisitions involving Herdez, Banca Mifel, EVO Payments, and Coca-Cola FEMSA, and advised HSBC on the divestiture of subsidiaries in Panama and Brazil.
