Eliel is a Partner of the Foreign Trade and Indirect Tax Practice, with over 20 years of experience serving domestic and international companies across the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and consumer goodssectors.
He has led process audit and design projects, customs compliance, and import/export self-correction procedures, including temporary operations, for companies such as Nissan Mexicana, BMW, Ford, VW, Grupo Rassini, Grupo Jumex, Grupo Dyasa, Weatherford, IEnova, Cinépolis, and Colgate Palmolive.
He has also participated in strategic initiatives with Mexico’s Customs Authority, including the Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) program.
