Eliel is Managing Partner of Foreign Trade, with 20 years of experience. He is a specialist in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries. He has developed expertise in customs and tax compliance, focusing on the design and implementation of processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and Customs from UIA.
- Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Tecnológico de Monterrey.

He has participated in process review and design projects, customs compliance, and self-correction procedures in import and export operations, including temporary operations. He has worked with companies such as Nissan Mexicana, BMW, Ford, VW, Grupo Rassini, Jumex, Dyasa, Weatherford, IEnova, and Colgate Palmolive, as well as in strategic projects with the Mexican Customs Authority, including the implementation of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program.
