Humberto has over 20 years of experience in audit and financial consulting, with extensive expertise in IFRS and US GAAP implementation projects in Mexico, Central America, and South America. He has led financial transformation, report optimization, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, capital markets, and forensic consulting projects.
He worked 10 years at PwC Mexico in audit (San Luis Potosí, León, and Monterrey), 3 years at PwC USA in an exchange program (New York, Connecticut, and Boston), and 3 years at EY Monterrey in Capital Markets. He served as Lead Partner for Capital Markets in the Andean market (Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Peru) at Deloitte Colombia, and for 3 years was Lead Partner for Financial Advisory at Forvis Mazars Mexico.
