- Certified Public Accountant (IMCP) and certified in Social Security by the IMCP; authorized to issue audit opinions related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and local contributions in Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
- Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and in Law, and a Master’s in Organizational Development.
Experience
- Over 32 years of experience as a labor and tax consultant, with expertise in social security, labor contributions, state payroll taxes, and labor advisory.
- Partner in charge of Baker Tilly México’s Labor Contributions practice.
- Former President of the IMCP Northeast Region Commission for Social Security Organizations (CROSS) (2021–2022).
- Certified as a Specialist in Labor Outsourcing Compliance; registered as an instructor with Mexico’s Ministry of Labor (STPS).
- Former President of the Public Accountants Association of Reynosa (2015 and 2022) and member of the CROSS commission of the Reynosa chapter.
